Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at getangle.org and any creative services provided by Angle ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site, purchasing a package, or submitting a creative brief, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We produce static ad creatives for beauty and skincare brands. You purchase a fixed-size package (10, 20, 30, 50, 75, or 100 ads) as a one-time order. Scope, quantity, and estimated delivery window for each package are shown on the product listing at time of purchase.

3. Payment and processing

Packages are sold on a one-time basis and charged in full at checkout in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our systems. Prices listed on the site are exclusive of any taxes, duties, or fees that may be added by your bank, card issuer, or jurisdiction.

Your order is confirmed once Stripe reports a successful payment. If your payment is later reversed, disputed, or refunded, we may pause or cancel work in progress and any delivered files.

4. Creative brief and inputs

After payment, you will receive a link to submit a creative brief with brand details, product focus, references, and any uploaded assets. Production begins once we receive a completed brief. Delivery timelines start from the date the brief is submitted, not the date of purchase. Delays caused by missing assets, feedback, or approvals shift the timeline accordingly.

5. Delivery and revisions

Estimated delivery windows are shown on each package (for example, 3 to 4 business days for a 10-ad batch). These are targets, not guarantees. Each batch includes one round of minor revisions per ad, covering copy tweaks, color adjustments, and small layout changes. Additional revision rounds or new concepts may require a new order.

6. Refunds and cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided we have not yet started production. Once we start production on your batch, fees are non-refundable because the work is custom. Partially delivered orders may qualify for a pro-rated refund on undelivered ads at our discretion. 7. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final delivered creatives for use in your paid media and organic channels. We retain rights to underlying tools, templates, working files, and unused concepts. We may display the delivered work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Your content and licenses

You confirm you have the rights to any brand assets, product imagery, testimonials, and copy you send us, and you grant us a limited license to use those materials to produce the deliverables. You are responsible for the accuracy of product claims and for compliance with advertising rules on the platforms where you run the work.

9. Disclaimer

The site and services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific advertising result, click-through rate, conversion rate, return on ad spend, or platform approval. Performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your product, offer, targeting, and platform algorithms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profits damages.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your product, your advertising claims, or your use of the deliverables, including claims of infringement based on materials you provided.

12. Third-party services

The site uses third-party services including Stripe for payment processing, Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API for advertising measurement, and file hosting for brief attachments. Your interaction with those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Accessibility

We work to keep this site usable for everyone and aim to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email getangleai@gmail.com and we will work with you on an alternative or a fix.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. The date at the top reflects the current version.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Angle operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
