Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Angle ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit getangle.org, purchase a package, or submit a creative brief. This page is maintained by Angle to answer common privacy questions about our website and creative services.

2. Information we collect

  • Order information. Name, email, billing details, and package purchased. Payment card details are collected directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers; we receive a payment reference, brand, last four digits, and status.
  • Creative brief information. Brand name, website, social handles, product focus, target audience, offer, creative angles, voice notes, references, and any files you upload (product photos, brand guides, competitor ads).
  • Automatically collected data. IP address, user agent, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, and UTM or click identifiers such as fbp and fbc.
  • Cookies and pixels. Small identifiers used for analytics and advertising. See "Cookies and tracking" below.

3. How we use information

  • Process your order, send receipts, and provide customer support.
  • Produce and deliver the ad creatives you purchased.
  • Store creative brief responses and uploaded assets so our team can work from them.
  • Measure how the site is used and improve it.
  • Measure and improve advertising, including sending server-side purchase events to Meta through the Conversions API.
  • Detect fraud, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out, information you enter on the Stripe payment page (including card details) is sent directly to Stripe under their privacy policy and PCI DSS controls. We receive confirmation of the transaction and limited metadata to fulfill your order.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure website actions such as page views, package selection, checkout, and purchase for advertising performance. Purchase events are deduplicated between the browser and our server using an event ID equal to your order ID, so the same purchase is not counted twice. Meta may set cookies on your device (including fbp and fbc identifiers) as part of this.

Stripe may set cookies on its checkout pages for fraud prevention and session handling. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad preferences through Meta's ad settings.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Payment processing. Stripe processes your payment and provides fraud tools.
  • Hosting and infrastructure. Our web hosting, database, and file storage providers process data on our behalf.
  • Advertising platforms. Meta receives event data (including a hashed email, IP, user agent, and click identifiers) through the Conversions API to measure and improve our advertising.
  • Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect our rights.
  • Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

7. Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide services, meet tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Creative briefs and uploaded assets are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls on our database, and row-level security policies. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise a right, email getangleai@gmail.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

California residents may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, request deletion, and opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. EEA and UK residents may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

12. Accessibility

We aim to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA so the site is usable with screen readers, keyboard navigation, and high-contrast settings. If you hit an accessibility barrier, email getangleai@gmail.com and we will work with you on an alternative or a fix.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated on this page.
